For him, math feels like a puzzle waiting to be figured out. He loves the process of thinking through a problem step by step and the sense of accomplishment he gets when he finds the correct answer. One of his favorite real-world math activities is counting money. He enjoys learning the basics of finance.

A $20,000 award would help support my son’s educational goals by expanding his access to high level educational offerings and providing resources for books, STEM programs, and hands-on learning opportunities.
