Why They Love Being a Student

He genuinely loves learning. Even though the traditional classroom setting isn’t always his favorite (especially the waiting and sitting still) his curiosity never stops. He’s the kid who always wants to know more, who asks big questions, and who lights up when he discovers something new. His love of learning comes from that natural spark inside him, not from the structure around him, and it’s one of the things we admire most about him.

Favorite Subject & Why

His favorite subject is Science, especially anything involving animals, nature, and the environment. He’s endlessly fascinated by how the world works, from tiny creatures to big ecosystems, and he loves discovering new facts about the world around him. Science feeds his curiosity and gives him the freedom to explore, question, and learn in a way that feels exciting and hands‑on for him.

How $20,000 Would Support Their Goals

With three other children in school, this award would lift a huge weight off our family’s shoulders. It would give our son the chance to pursue opportunities without the constant worry of stretching our budget to make everything work. We want nothing more than for our kids to be set up for success, even when the road to get there hasn’t always been the easiest.
