Brix loves being a student because he truly loves learning. At his STEM academy he gets to explore science, build projects, and ask big questions about how things work. He’s endlessly curious and comes home excited to tell us what he discovered that day. School gives him the confidence to dream big and the tools to chase those dreams.
Favorite Subject & Why
Brix’s favorite subjects are science and math because they help him understand how the world works. Science lets him explore big questions about space, nature, and how things function, while math feels like solving puzzles that unlock answers. At his STEM academy he loves experimenting, building, and figuring things out. Seeing his excitement when something finally “clicks” is the best part.
How $20,000 Would Support Their Goals
This award would help Brix pursue hands-on STEM opportunities like summer science camps where he can explore engineering, robotics, and space. Those experiences would strengthen the curiosity he’s developing at his school and help him grow as a young scientist. His big dream is to one day attend Caltech, and support like this would help turn that dream into a real path forward.
