Why They Love Being a Student

Caleb sincerely loves learning. Anything and everything he consumes is with the intention to learn. As a testament of who Caleb is, he himself deleted the YouTube app from his phone and he himself put a screen time limit on his phone. He did that to not brain rot and to get rid of any distractions from his studies. School is not a means to an end for Caleb. In other words, he isn’t dedicated to his studies to get a good career. School is a journey and a passion he is very much enjoying.

Favorite Subject & Why

As mentioned above, school is a journey for Caleb he is very much enjoying. He loves every subject and he is getting to know every subject very well. He is a near, straight-A student. However, he is partial to history and stem. He has chosen engineering specifically as a career choice and he is very passionate about it. He is in an engineering pathway at school and spends hours and hours working on his engineering assignments, not out of necessity but out of pure joy. He works with a smile.

How $20,000 Would Support Their Goals

Caleb has not had a perfect nor easy life. He never experienced having two parents that love each other. All he knows is dysfunction. He was homeless with his mom and little brother for a bit. And yet, he has excelled and excels in school. He is the epitome of the American dream and meritocracy at work. He is the most responsible and conscientious kid I know. Knowing his mom does not earn much, he opts for saving. $20,000 will help him in his dreams of becoming an engineer.
