Catherine's favorite subject is science. She has always been curious about how things work, how the world is ordered, and what our place, as people in it, is. She really loves space, and her dream is to be an astronaut, and work for NASA.

A $20,000 award would be life changing. Catherine's goal is to attend Stanford University in California, to study aerospace engineering. As the saying goes: you have to see it to believe it, and she has imagined herself living in California and attending this school. Tuition when she would attend is projected to be $450,000. This award would make her dream closer to becoming a reality!
