Why They Love Being a Student
Chloe loves being a student because of the opportunity to learn everything there is. Chloe loves asking questions- the whys and hows of the way things work. She is excited every time she doesn’t know something, because it gives her the opportunity to put it together and dive in to the unknowns. Chloe loves being a student because it allows her to challenge herself and piece together the way the universe works.
Favorite Subject & Why
Chloe’s favorite subject is science. She is both a student pilot as well as working towards becoming an astronaut, and above everything else she loves space. Science allows her to learn subjects such as aerodynamics, astronomy, and general physics, all of which will help her achieve her goals. Not only that, but Chloe loves learning how the world works, and science happens to be the building blocks of finding those answers. It allows her to harness her curiosity, creativity, and passion.
How $20,000 Would Support Their Goals
This award would be huge for Chloe because it would support her post-secondary education in college. Chloe’s top school is MIT, which is a costly investment. This award would take a load off of Chloe and her parents shoulders in paying for school, as well as open up new opportunities for her that may have been previously harder to reach financially.
