Favorite Subject & Why

He loves to read and discover through books. Being in grade five they only get glimpses of the subjects that truly inspire his imagination. Space, black holes, and the things that captivate and puzzle scientists around the world today. I can’t tell you how many documentaries hes had me sit through just nerding out over the different theories. He also loves to study violent weather. Though thunderstorms and tornadoes deeply frighten him, the second he hears weather coming he tunes in!

I’m a single mother who’s proud to say she’s 3 years sober. But that being said, getting to this point means I put Eli through a lot. Hes proof how resilient kids are. He is the reason I keep going. But we live pay check to pay check and I do believe and know hes brilliant enough to get a scholarship. Any extra help would go a long way.
