Why They Love Being a Student

Jarrett enjoys sharing what he has learned each day during class. He is always excited to learn a new approach then share it with other kids in the neighborhood. He will also add in extra assignments or projects such as building gardens along with checking for bacteria growth and using Petri dishes for learning. Something I learned from him was please do not drink any rain water bc there were items swimming around when he pulled a sample to look under a microscope for fun.

Favorite Subject & Why

Science, because he loves learning the biology of human and animal bodies along with how they work. He really would love to volunteer at the zoo when he gets old enough! He loves to research Science and conduct projects. He sees his teacher at a college each week and loves being able to check out books with him from there since they are more his reading level! Jarrett likes to expand his knowledge of various topics and enjoys sharing it with others.

How $20,000 Would Support Their Goals

This would help Jarrett with schooling and what he would like to do after school in college, currently look at doing an associates degree when starting high school next year. This will help him learn more about Science and things he’s interested in. Jarrett wants to do many things in life and this would help him be able to do this! He enjoys learning foreign languages.
