Learn MoreWhy They Love Being a Student
Kai loves learning. He loves to be challenged and the feelings that come with accomplishment.
Favorite Subject & Why
Language arts. He’s a very good writer and loves to read. When he was 2.5 he was SO frustrated he couldn’t read on his own. Writing and reading are other creative outlets and reading also gives him access to learning— something he always wants to be doing.
How $20,000 Would Support Their Goals
Right now we have no college fund set up. I have become chronically ill and just lost my job. We own a small business his (step)dad bought a year ago and while he is working tirelessly, we are trying to survive. $20,000 for Kai would go directly into a college savings account to grow while he finishes school. It would be a jump start on the life of adventure and learning he dreams to have.
