Kennedy is always wanting to learn more! She doesn’t hesitate to ask questions to get a better understanding. She is a beast when adapting to new techniques class topics and will help others. She is a wonderful student. Her character and morals surpass kids her age.
Favorite Subject & Why
Her favorite subject is math. This is her favorite subject because it applies to science as well. Math is around us everyday. I allow her to bake, pay for her items at the store, and let her calculate the time she needs to complete tasks…all of this boils down to math. She is good at it but just doesn’t know how good!
How $20,000 Would Support Their Goals
Kennedy would definitely love to use this award towards STEM and Children’s Computer Programming. She has always been interested in doing at home science kits. She is interested in the process and solutions of how things work together. She does have a computer and constantly is putting together animated slideshows for us to view. This award would push her into the direction where she can excel the most.
