Learn MoreWhy They Love Being a Student
He doesn’t love being a student! He loves learning. He asks the weirdest questions about the slant of asphalt and water runoff, when fog lifts, or the amount of moisture in the air we breathe. If he’s up early, make sure you’ve had your coffee.
Favorite Subject & Why
Geometry honors is his favorite class now. He loved a robotics class he took in middle school. He likes solving problems and building things.
How $20,000 Would Support Their Goals
Liam is brilliant. He’s funny, practical, kind, yet mildly complacent. We have a very small network—no aunts, uncles, cousins or grandfathers to encourage him. This would do that! He was building rocket ships with blocks in pre-school; playing Kerbal Space Program at seven. He’s our family IT guy who does Roblox coding for in-game trades. He’s likely UCF bound for engineering, and this opportunity could be a launch pad for him.
