Why They Love Being a Student

Logan is an exceptionally bright student who has won mathematician awards among other academic commendation. His thirst for knowledge is evident through his self-taught research and hours spent learning. Math, science, and history are his favorite subjects which he excels at. All the more reason why he loves being a student! Logan’s own study habits propel him forward in advanced placement studies. He always thrives to do his best and teachers appreciate the effort and results.

Favorite Subject & Why

Ultimately, Math is Logan’s favorite subject, however, he adores Science and History as well. He says his brain is specifically wired to understand and solve math problems quickly. Logan often challenges friends & family to race him in solving problems correctly, which showcases his ability to complete advanced math. He also likes how math and science go hand in hand. Science is his 2nd favorite subject. It definitely shows when he’s explaining an experiment or comparisons in the universe.

How $20,000 Would Support Their Goals

He says an award of that magnitude would support his educational goals in many ways; but mainly by providing funds for at-home tools such as books, a good laptop, & the ability to visit different museums to continue nurturing his love of learning. He wants to indulge in knowledge of astronomy, space science, geology, marine biology, history, paleontology, chemistry, & physics. This award would change his life!
