Why They Love Being a Student

Sean loves to learn. His favorite questions to ask are "How does this work?" "Why is this the way it is?" "What would happen if...?" Etc. If you don't know the answer he will find it himself by either reading about it or looking it up. His favorite subject is science, especially chemistry and space. He loves to read both fiction books and textbooks. He has a love for reading. He also loves to help his fellow classmates if he sees them struggling. His teachers have allowed him to be a mentor.

Favorite Subject & Why

Seans favorite subject is science. He loves all things science related especially astronomy. The reason he loves science so much is because he wants to know why things are so important and how things work. He has always been fascinated by space. Even when he was a toddler he would stare up into the sky at night and be in awe. As he got older he started asking questions about the stars, moon, and planets. His inquisitive curiosity has only grown over the years.

How $20,000 Would Support Their Goals

Seans already started to plan his future. He works so hard in school because of his goal to become an aerospace engineer. He even has gone as far as picking out his college. Though it might change as he gets older. He plans to go to Florida Institute of Technology. He talked to his mom's college advisor about his goals and found out her son that is an aerospace engineer went there so now he has made that his goal college. That $20,000 award would help fund his college education.
