Why They Love Being a Student

I love being a student because learning is an adventure. As a homeschooler, I don’t just memorize facts I explore, build, read, and ask big questions. I get to dive deep into subjects I’m passionate about and learn at my own pace. Education isn’t just about grades for me; it’s about growing in wisdom, responsibility, and faith. Every day challenges me to think for myself and prepare for my future, and that makes learning exciting and meaningful.

Favorite Subject & Why

My favorite subject is history because, as a traveling homeschool family, I don’t just read about it I experience it. Visiting historic towns, battlefields, museums, and landmarks makes the past come alive. I can stand where important events happened and imagine the stories behind them. History helps me understand how people lived, what they believed, and how their choices shaped our world. It makes learning real, meaningful, and unforgettable.

How $20,000 Would Support Their Goals

A $20,000 award would fuel my education through travel and real-world vocational training that traditional schools rarely offer young students. As a homeschooler, I learn by visiting historic sites, museums, and cultural landmarks across the country. This support would also fund hands-on skill development, certifications, equipment, and mentorships in trades and entrepreneurship helping me build practical career skills early while continuing a personalized, purpose-driven education.
