My favorite subject is history because, as a traveling homeschool family, I don’t just read about it I experience it. Visiting historic towns, battlefields, museums, and landmarks makes the past come alive. I can stand where important events happened and imagine the stories behind them. History helps me understand how people lived, what they believed, and how their choices shaped our world. It makes learning real, meaningful, and unforgettable.

A $20,000 award would fuel my education through travel and real-world vocational training that traditional schools rarely offer young students. As a homeschooler, I learn by visiting historic sites, museums, and cultural landmarks across the country.
