Learn MoreWhy They Love Being a Student
His sense of wonder can't be quenched! At a local Bug Fest, he spent over an hour intently watching bees and asking questions about their behavior. He learned about invasive spotted lantern flies and is an expert at finding them, but can't sway his heart to squish them, so mom is his "lantern fly assassin". Teddy builds towers to withstand earthquakes and marvels at bubbling corn kernels as they dance in a carbon dioxide jacuzzi. This Kid also loves to share knowledge.
Favorite Subject & Why
Today he says math is his favorite, because he loves to find new numbers and patterns. He also loves art and building using various tools. Last night he created a drawing robot from markers and an electric toothbrush. Mom and dad think he's destined for a performance stage. This kid is fearless.
How $20,000 Would Support Their Goals
The cash award would open academic horizons. His parents don't want affordability to dim his bright future. Right now, he said it would go towards architecture school.
